ICECCE 1

1- Preparing the Camera Ready Version

The length of the paper is limited to a maximum of 6 pages (including references) in the prescribed two-column format. Papers that are over the page limit and are not according to the prescribed format will be automatically rejected without further review. Papers submitted at ICECCE 2019 must be original and not be published or under review at any other venue. The papers should not contain any plagiarized material. ICECCE 2019 will follow the IEEE policies for the plagiarism cases. Papers must meet IEEE’s quality standards and ICECCE 2019 reserves the right not to publish any paper that does not meet these standards. Please note that ICECCE 2019 is technically co-sponsored by IEEE. The Conference Proceedings will be submitted to IEEE for inclusion in IEEE Xplore. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (i.e. removal from IEEE Xplore). Each paper must be in PDF format, written in English and conform to the IEEE format available at: Format.

2- Verifying the Paper

ICECCE 2019 has registered to use IEEE PDF eXpress to generate and verify the format of all papers submitted. IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service to IEEE Conferences, allowing their authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs (Conversion function) or to check PDFs that authors have made themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function).

3- Before Creating a PDF

Add the copyright notice to the left bottom of the first page of your source document.
a) For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
b) For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-7281-3825-1/19/$31.00 ©2019 Crown
c) For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-1-7281-3825-1/19/$31.00©2019 European Union
d) For all other papers the copyright notice is: 978-1-7281-3825-1/19/$31.00 ©2019 IEEE

4- Steps for checking or converting PDFs using IEEE PDF Express

S1. Create your manuscript(s).
S2. Proofread and check layout of manuscript (it is highly recommended that this be done BEFORE going to IEEE PDF eXpress).
S3. Create IEEE PDF eXpress account.

Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM site : http://www.pdf-express.org/

First-time users should do the following:

Select the New Users – Click Here link.

Enter the following:

47252X for the Conference ID

your email address

a password

Continue to enter information as prompted.

An online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

S4.    Upload source file(s) for Conversion; and/or PDFs for Checking (Conference ID is 47252X). Uploading a paper to IEEE PDF eXpress is not the same as submitting the paper to the conference for review. The checked PDF paper still needs to be submitted by the normal means.
S5.    Use IEEE PDF eXpress to attain IEEE Xplore compatible PDF(s). The site contains extensive instructions, resources, helpful hints and access to technical support.
S6.    Submit final, IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s) as per the instructions found below.

5- Submitting the Camera Ready Version

You should submit your paper using your EasyChair author account by accessing the “Proceedings” menu.

30 June, 2019 is the hard deadline to submit the camera-ready version via EasyChair.

You also need to submit a zipped folder having name (Submission_Paper #.zip) through email (having subject: “Camera Ready Submission Paper Number”) to the following email address : icecce@ubuner.edu.pk. The zipped folder must contain the following:

All your LaTeX sources or a Word file in the provided format — Source files may be needed for minor formatting purposes etc. PDF version of your camera-ready paper (PDF must have passed the PDF Express checks). Please make sure that you use the same pdf file which has been verified by the PDF Express. Scanned version of signed and completed IEEE copyright form available at: IEEE Copyright Form. One copyright form must be submitted per paper.

6- Registration

28 June, 2019 is the deadline for Earlybird Registration.
10 July, 2019 is the deadline for Normal Registration.
